Step 1. Setup: connect your key

The objective

Everything this demo does runs as your Partner Admin service account: the one privileged API key your backend calls with. Your users never see or hold keys; all they ever get is a Launch Pad that is already signed in and already showing their field. Paste that key once here and the rest of the journey uses it.

The key must have the Partner Admin flag. Creating companies/organizations and users (step 2) is a privileged operation and only Verge Ag can grant it - a regular key gets a 403. Contact Verge Ag API support to have the flag added to your account.

Connect your API key

Create an API key in Launch Pad (sign in at app.vergeag.com/api-keys) and paste it here. The key stays in this tab's sessionStorage only, and this page only reads who the key belongs to - nothing is created until step 2.
